    Ilse or Junia reads it and replies. If it is not for us we say so in that reply, with who we would send you to instead.

    One call

    Forty-five minutes, no deck. We ask the awkward questions early — budget, decision-makers, and what has already been tried.

    A written scope

    Phases, dates, people and a fixed fee. You have it before anyone signs anything, and it is what we are held to afterwards.

Do you work with early-stage companies?
Yes, but rarely on a full identity. The positioning sprint exists for exactly this — three weeks, one written position, and no logo until there is something for it to mean.
Can you start next week?
Almost never. We run two projects at a time and the queue is usually four to eight weeks. If the date is immovable, say so in the first line and we will tell you honestly whether it is possible.
Will we own the work?
Fully, on final payment — files, fonts licensed in your name, and the working sources. No retained rights, no ongoing licence, no hostage-taking.
Do you pitch for free?
No. We will show you five relevant cases and talk about your problem for an hour. Speculative creative is a tax on the clients who did hire us, and we would rather not charge it.
